What to expect in a call?

Allow up to 90 minutes for your session. Each call is a journey working with all parts of you - mind, body and spirit - leaving nothing untouched. We will begin by dropping into intentional conversation giving you space to share what is presently alive for you right now. Together we will explore your patterns, limiting beliefs and you will have the opportunity to speak your personal boundaries. Next we move into the activation stage where you will be guided through practises to express, release and clear what no longer serves you. This may include somatic techniques, breathwork or other embodiment practices. Finally we close with integration, allowing your system to recalibrate and anchor into this new state of being so you leave feeling grounded, aligned and empowered.
